The solution
The existing carpet was removed, and the stairs were prepared using tile backer board to provide a stable and secure surface. Steps were strengthened to reduce the risk of cracks. Each tile was cut at a precise 45-degree angle and installed with attention to alignment. Epoxy grout was used to ensure a durable, water-resistant finish. Finally, a new handrail was fitted to complete the staircase upgrade.
